‘Sa•dha•na’ = an ancient Sanskrit word meaning Spiritual Practice.
Sadhana's mission is to create a non-denominational/non-sectarian refuge for the cultivation of peaceful relationships within ourselves and with our fellow beings through the practice of meditation and chanting. As we sit together in a group we gather our attention in the moment, sharing our energy and helping one another to reinforce our practice and sense of belonging.
Practices such as meditation and chanting help us to develop mind/body strength and flexibility, enabling us to both embrace life’s challenges and celebrate its joys with greater ease. Meditation is a powerful a tool for cultivating joy, peace, clarity, energy, self-understanding, acceptance of others, inspiration, generosity, forgiveness, bliss and love—to name a few!
